WHO WE ARE
A TRAINING CENTER IN INTERCULTURAL RECEPTION TECHNIQUES
La Classe is an independent organisation specialising in conference planning, applied research, and training in intercultural communication.
We bring together professionals from both academic and corporate backgrounds, with specific expertise in anthropology, business ethics, and the analysis of cultural practices.
A pioneer in intercultural training within the hospitality and tourism sector, La Classe has worked with leading establishments including the Ritz and Hôtel de Crillon in Paris, Le Méridien, the Fairmont, and several properties of the Société des Bains de Mer in Monaco.
We also provide corporate training, notably in partnership with the Monaco Economic Board, supporting international business delegations in Eastern Europe, Asia, and Africa.
In 2018, La Classe developed the training content for “Welcome and Hospitality” and delivered training for a large part of the reception teams — including hosts, hostesses, and supervisors — during the FIFA World Cup.
Our customer service and reception training is available across sectors.
It is delivered in small groups, in French or English, and tailored to each client’s needs — from one-hour sessions to full-day programmes.
We operate both in France and internationally, working with public institutions, private companies, and organisations facing high professional standards.
